Puerto Baquerizo Moreno is a charming and small town and also the capital of the Galapagos province. The town is located in the western shores of San Cristobal Island and is the perfect spot in the Archipelago for getting to know the people of Galapagos and their way of thinking, which is far more relaxed and amicable than in the mainland. Even though it is populated, Puerto Baquerizo Moreno shares its space with a lot of the Galapagos animals, especially the Sea lions, who are present in all the beaches of the island.
